She began working with Innovative Alliance Trainer, Joe Thomas, who supported her in updating her CV and sharing best practice for interviews. Before taking part in the programme, Amanda felt her CV wasn’t up to standard, she knew this was a clear area for improvement.

Since taking part in the programme, Amanda’s confidence has soared, and she felt better equipped to go to job interviews. Employers noticed the improvements in her CV and her interview technique. As a result, she was offered a Christmas Temp role at retailer, JD Sports.

Amanda said;

‘’The information provided by Innovative Alliance was amazing. The trainer was friendly and helpful, which helped. I worked with Joe for a few weeks, he helped me improve my CV and also gave me the confidence to do well in my interviews.’’
