Innovative Alliance take their support to the next level introducing the Jobs Club

How many times have you wanted to apply for a job, but you’ve struggled with the application process? Or maybe you’ve handed your CV in to several businesses, but never heard back? Perhaps you’ve applied and been offered an interview and have no idea what to expect or how to approach the next steps?

Innovative Alliance completely understand how you feel, and that’s why they’ve decided to take action with one-to-one appointments.

Current and previous learners who have studied with Innovative Alliance will now have access to the ‘Jobs Club’ being held on a Thursday afternoon at the Jurys Inn, Liverpool. Learners can book a one-to-one appointment for the Jobs Club via their course tutor or by contacting Innovative Alliance head office. There is no enrolment process, the Jobs Club is an added value service that Innovative Alliance are now offering to join the dots between completing a course and attending an interview. There are no costs to book an appointment and it’s 100% voluntary.

During these appointments, learners will engage in one-to-one sessions with a member of the Innovative Alliance team who can support them with the following:

  • Applying for jobs online
  • Distributing a CV online
  • Updating/creating a CV
  • Interview preparation and tips including setting up mock interviews.

Over the years, Innovative Alliance have helped over 4000 adults to up-skill and point them in the right direction back in to employment, working with over 350 employers to create bespoke training courses. The Jobs Club will now provide learners with the confidence to apply for jobs and attend interviews after completing their training. Furthermore, the learner will be supported from start to finish of their journey back in to employment.
