With hospitality and catering courses at Innovative Alliance, you can be sure to kick start your career in the industry! As you enter the hospitality and catering industry, you can choose from two routes – Hospitality or catering services.

Hospitality roles include working in settings such as hotels and pubs where serving customers is the main purpose. In comparison, a catering service role could be the likes of a hospital or school, where you may be involved with food production. This route also includes the Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.

The funded hospitality and catering courses available with Innovative Alliance will help to provide an introductory level knowledge to help you start your career in this sector. In addition, you will gain nationally recognised qualifications. Learners will also grow in confidence, develop their communication skills, and meet new people.
