At Innovative Alliance we pride ourselves on being committed to both the learners and employers that we work with. As a part of this, we believe in making sure that our policies and information is clear and available. Safeguarding and Prevent

Safeguarding is meant to protect the learner and others around them from anything which may come to harm them during their time with Innovative Alliance. We strongly uphold our safeguarding policy, and encourage any safeguarding concerns to be sent to safeguarding@innovativealliance.co.uk.

We have a duty to uphold certain standards of care when it comes to preventing terrorism, and are committed to protecting people from being drawn into it and learning to recognise the signs of terrorism as they begin.

Equality, Diversity and British Values

Equality and diversity are and important part of being a welcoming organisation, and we want to make sure that everyone feels safe while they’re studying with us. This also means that we cover British Values as a part of a well-rounded curriculum.
