Offering quality careers advice and IAG to your staff, can help employers develop their workforce. We’re on hand to help advise as to how you can best embed IAG and careers advice into your organisation. Safeguarding and Prevent

Safeguarding is in place to protect the learner and others around them. We strongly uphold our safeguarding policy, and encourage any safeguarding concerns to be sent to safeguarding@innovativealliance.co.uk.

We have a duty to uphold certain standards of care when it comes to preventing terrorism. Additionally, we take the time to learn and recognise the signs of terrorism as they begin.
