Bronze Awarded to Innovative Alliance on board HMS Prince of Wales
On Thursday 5th March, the team at Innovative Alliance celebrated after receiving the Bronze Award under the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. Commodore (Cdre) Phil Waterhouse ADC, Naval Commander Northern England and Isle of Man, presented the award in Liverpool, on board HMS Prince of Wales.
Innovative Alliance were amongst twelve other organisations from across the North West to receive the Bronze Award. The Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme is a nationally recognised scheme which encourages employers to support defence services and inspires other to do the same. Employers alongside Innovative Alliance who also demonstrated their support to the Armed Forces Community, and received this award included Merseyside Police, Self Build Heroes, Big Heritage and The Forshaw Group, to name a few.
The excitement continued on board the impressive Royal Naval Carrier, HMS Prince of Wales, where recipients received a VIP tour following on from the presentations. Arriving in Liverpool on 28 February, HMS Prince of Wales attracted thousands of visitors to Liverpool who got involved with a week of celebrations.
